Manage your data and payments
Keeping your information up to date is very important to ensure everything works properly. In the Grupos Inteligentes panel, you can manage all your information easily.
How to get to the settings page
You have two ways to access your settings:
Through the menu:
- Access the Main Dashboard.
- In the sidebar menu, click Settings.
Direct access:
- Go to the Account page to edit your personal data and address.
- Go to the Current plan page to manage payments and subscription.
Editing personal data
On the Account tab, you will find your basic data. To change any information, click the Edit button in the top right corner of the “Account data” section.
You can view and edit:
- Name — Your full name.
- Email — Your email address (read-only).
- Phone — Your contact number.
- Document — CPF, CNPJ, or international document, depending on your account type.
Tip: If you are an individual, your CPF appears here. If you are a business, your CNPJ is displayed.

Editing your address
On the same Account tab, further down, you will find the “Address data” section. Click the Edit button to update your billing address.
Available fields:
- Postal code — When you type it, the system automatically looks up the rest of the address.
- State, City, Neighborhood, Street, Number, and Complement.
Tip: Keep your address always updated so your billing documents are generated correctly.

Payment management
Payment information is managed in a secure area called the billing portal. To get there:
- Access the Settings page.
- Click the Current plan tab.
- On the card that shows your plan, use the available buttons to manage your subscription.
You will be redirected to the billing portal, where you can:
- View your invoices — Track what was charged and when.
- Update your payment method — Add or change your credit card.
- Cancel your subscription — If you no longer want to use the service, cancel it there.
Important: The billing portal opens in a new window. All changes are made securely.

Delete Your Account
If you want to delete your account, you can do so directly from the settings.
How to delete your account
- Access the Account page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Delete account section.
- Click the Delete my account button.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
Important: If you registered with email and password, you will need to type your password to confirm. If you registered with Facebook, confirmation is done without a password.
What happens after requesting deletion
- Your account is scheduled for deletion in 30 days.
- During this period, you can cancel the deletion by logging in again.
- After 30 days, all your data is permanently removed.
