How to Manage Your Plan and Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a global company specializing in online payments. Grupos Inteligentes never stores your complete credit card information.
How to Access Plan Settings
- Access the Administrative Dashboard.
- Click on Settings (gear icon in the side menu).
- On the settings screen, click the Current plan tab.
What You Can Do
On the Current plan page, you will find:
- Information about your current plan (name and number of available clicks)
- Buttons to manage your subscription (change plan, cancel, or reactivate)
- List of available plans (Free, Essential, and VIP)
Change Plan
To subscribe to a plan or switch plans:
- On the Current plan page, scroll down to find the available plans.
- Click Subscribe now (plan gratuito) or Upgrade (paid plans) on the plan you want.
- Confirm the action in the window that appears.
- You will be redirected to a secure Stripe page to complete payment.

Cancel Your Subscription
If you have a paid plan:
- On the Current plan page, click Cancel plan (red button).
- Read the confirmation message and click Continue.
- You will be redirected to the Stripe payment portal to complete the cancellation.
After cancellation, you continue to have access to the paid plan until the end of the period already paid.
Reactivate Your Subscription
If you canceled recently and are still in the free period:
- On the Current plan page, click Restore plan.
- You will be redirected to the Stripe payment portal to reactivate your subscription.
Manage Credit Cards
On the Stripe payment page, you can:
- Add or remove credit cards
- Choose which card to charge automatically
- View your payment history and invoices
- Update your billing information (address, email, etc.)
Common Issues
Can’t add my card
- Check that your card details are correct (number, expiration, CVV).
- Confirm with your bank that there are no blocks for online purchases.
- Try accessing from another browser or device.
- If the problem persists, contact our support.
Can’t access payment portal
If you receive an error message when clicking a management button:
- Wait a few minutes and try again.
- Check your internet connection.
- Contact our support via email if the problem continues.
