Manage your plan and payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Grupos Inteligentes does not store your full card details.
Access your plan
Section titled “Access your plan”- Open the Administrative Dashboard.
- Click Settings.
- Open the Current plan tab.
This page shows your plan, clicks used this month, and available plans.
Subscribe to a plan
Section titled “Subscribe to a plan”- Choose Starter, Pro, or Scale.
- Select monthly or annual billing.
- Click Subscribe now.
- Enter your payment details on Stripe’s secure page.

Manage payments and subscription
Section titled “Manage payments and subscription”In the Current plan tab, click Manage payment. The Stripe portal lets you:
- View and download invoices.
- Add, remove, or change your payment method.
- Update your billing information.
- Manage or cancel your subscription.
The options shown in the portal depend on your subscription status.
Payment problems
Section titled “Payment problems”- Check your card details and that it allows online purchases.
- Try again after a few minutes.
- Use another browser or device if needed.
- If the problem continues, contact email support.
