Churn Report: Understand Participant Attrition
The churn report shows how many participants are leaving your WhatsApp groups over time. With it, you can understand whether your groups are retaining members or losing people.
What is Churn
Section titled “What is Churn”Churn is the rate at which participants leave your groups. When someone leaves a group (by choice or by being removed), it counts as churn.
- Churn rate: Percentage of participants who left in the period
- Lost slots: Total slots that became available because of departures
How to Access the Churn Report
Section titled “How to Access the Churn Report”- Access the desired redirector’s page.
- Click the Analytics tab.
- Select the desired period (7, 30, or 90 days).
- Scroll to the Churn chart.
What the Charts Show

Section titled “Churn Chart”Shows the evolution of the departure rate over time. Use this chart to:
- Identify periods with high member departures
- Compare churn between different weeks or months
- Evaluate the impact of changes in group content or management
Churn Metrics
Section titled “Churn Metrics”- Churn rate: Percentage of participants who left in the selected period
- Lost slots: Total slots that became available because people left
Tip: A high churn rate may indicate that the group content is not relevant to members. Consider improving content quality or interaction frequency.

Section titled “Report access”The churn report is available on Starter, Pro, and Scale plans.
How to Reduce Churn
Section titled “How to Reduce Churn”- Create relevant content: Post useful and interesting messages regularly
- Interact with members: Answer questions and encourage participation
- Avoid message overload: Too many messages can drive people to leave the group
- Monitor regularly: Check the churn report to identify problems early
