Connect WhatsApp and monitor participants

On the Scale plan, you can connect your WhatsApp account and automatically update the number of participants in your groups.

Enable monitoring

Section titled “Enable monitoring”
  1. Open the redirector you want and go to Settings.
  2. Find the WhatsApp monitoring section.
  3. Choose the update frequency.
  4. For instant mode, click Connect WhatsApp.

Connect your account

Section titled “Connect your account”

The system displays a QR code or pairing code. In WhatsApp, open Linked devices, choose to link a device, and follow the shown instructions. Wait for dashboard confirmation before closing the window.

Choose a frequency

Section titled “Choose a frequency”
  • Instant: updates information as it arrives from WhatsApp. It requires your account to be connected.
  • Every 7 days: updates weekly and does not require your account connection.

Tip: Use instant mode during active launches. Weekly updates work well for more stable operations.
