Waitlist and Lead Capture
When all groups in your redirector are full, you don’t have to lose any visitors. With the Waitlist, Grupos Inteligentes automatically captures the information of anyone who accessed your link but couldn’t join any group. This way, you can reach out later and convert those leads.
How the Waitlist Works
Section titled “How the Waitlist Works”When a lead accesses your link and all groups are full, the system can display a waitlist page instead of an error message. The visitor sees a page explaining that groups are full and can leave their contact information to be notified when spots open up.
Enabling the Waitlist
Section titled “Enabling the Waitlist”- Access the Redirectors menu.
- Click the View button on the desired redirector.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the Fallback section.
- In the Fallback mode field, select Waitlist page.
- Click Save changes.
Leads Tab
Section titled “Leads Tab”On the redirector details page, you’ll find the Leads tab. This is where you track all the people who accessed your link and were captured by the waitlist.
What you’ll find in the Leads tab
Section titled “What you’ll find in the Leads tab”- Leads table (desktop) or lead cards (mobile) with captured name and email
- Lead count — total number of leads on the waitlist
- Filters — search leads by name, email, or date
- Count in listing — each redirector shows how many waitlisted leads it has in the main list
Exporting Leads
Section titled “Exporting Leads”You can download all leads from a redirector in CSV format to use in other tools:
- On the Leads tab, click the Export CSV button.
- The file downloads automatically to your computer.
- Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool.
Tip: Use the CSV to import leads into your CRM, email marketing tool, or tracking spreadsheet.
Lead Reports
Section titled “Lead Reports”In addition to the lead list, you have access to detailed reports showing how leads are arriving:
Lead Metrics
Section titled “Lead Metrics”- Total leads captured in the period
- Device — mobile, desktop, or tablet
- Location — where leads are accessing from (by country and city)
- UTM — which campaign, source, and medium brought each lead
- Timeline — when leads were captured over time
How to Access Lead Reports
Section titled “How to Access Lead Reports”- On the main panel, access the Analytics tab of the redirector.
- Lead reports are available alongside click and slot metrics.
- On the dashboard, you’ll also find consolidated lead reports across all redirectors.
Duplicate Click Protection
Section titled “Duplicate Click Protection”The system automatically identifies when the same person clicks the same link multiple times. This prevents duplicate clicks from polluting your reports and inflating your metrics.
- How it works: The system creates a unique identifier for each click
- Benefit: Your reports show real leads, not repeated clicks from the same person
