Automatic Participant Update for WhatsApp (Scale Plan)
Automatic Participant Update is an exclusive feature that transforms group management into a fully hands-free process, reducing manual work and mistakes.
What Is It and How Does It Work?
Section titled “What Is It and How Does It Work?”No more opening WhatsApp and counting members one by one. Our system automatically checks your groups:
- Automatic Checks: The system automatically checks how many people are in each group, at the interval you configure.
- Updates Automatically: The Filled slots field is updated without any manual work.
- Smart Distribution: New leads are sent only to groups with available space.
Check Intervals
Section titled “Check Intervals”You can choose how frequently the system checks your groups:

| Every 3 hours | Live launches with high traffic volume |
| Every 6 hours | Standard use — balance between accuracy and performance |
| Every 12 hours | Stable operations with consistent volume |
The default interval is 6 hours.
How to Activate or Deactivate Synchronization
Section titled “How to Activate or Deactivate Synchronization”- Access the Redirectors menu.
- Click the View button of the redirector you wish to automate.
- Go to the Settings tab and locate the Advanced section.
- Enable the Automatic participant update toggle.
- Choose the desired check interval (3h, 6h, or 12h).
- Click Update.
